Refund policy

We offer full refunds up to 14 days before your booking weekend. If canceled for any reason within 14 days of your booking weekend slot you are subject to $100 or 10% cancellation fee whichever is larger for holding your slot. If you cancel within 7 days of your booking weekend slot you are subject to 50% of your rental for slot fee. There are no refunds on cancellations the setup days or on the day of your event as we have already prepared and loaded the truck with your items or have already set it up. Refunds on items removed from bundles will not match the normal full price of our items as we have discounted the items cost within the bundle. Once you book your tent you can change your dates if needed but date changes are subject to availability so please be careful to pick the best possible dates at checkout or they might not be available later. We also do not offer any refunds on rescheduled events. 

To be eligible for a full return, your return must be started more than 14 days prior to your rental weekend slot. We do not offer refunds on rentals that have already been setup, and we will not refund items the day of drop off as we’ve already arranged our truck with your items and given you a discount for bundling items. Keep in mind our weekends are usually fully booked so you would also be taking directly from another customer who could have got those items had we known sooner. Unless something fails before or during your party due to our error do not expect a refund on a damaged tent or equipment. You are not to adjust our tent structures or part of them including sidewalls at anytime for any reason, Check our terms of service for full tent rental agreement.

Damages and issues


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
